I really like using the system. It enables me to get my customers a rate while I am still on the phone with them. In the past I had to get back with them later in the day after I made numerous phone calls.
The rates beat any of my current LTL rates I have in place. I really like being able to see the different carriers I have to choose from. This system has helped me so much that one of my biggest LTL customers I had lost has now come back due to this system.
I really like the fact that I can fax or email the shipper a correct BOL for them to use so that we don't end up billing the wrong person. All in all this is one of the easiest programs I have ever used for LTL shipments.

We at IC Isaacs have recognized the value for both ourselves and more so our customers' benefit. It takes us less than a couple seconds to come up with the best carrier -- in both the time it takes to get to our customer, as well as the costs to us or the customer. My premise is that if we can save our customers' money on freight charges, they may buy more goods from us in the future and also if we can get it to them in fewer days, they have more time to sell the product.
The system has been a blessing for me and my office manager; it frees us up to do different things within the Distribution Center rather than going to all of the LTL web sites and comparing costs and transit times. We used to give the freight to two carriers...Now those two carriers are finding they have some competition for the un-routed freight we ship. This system also allows me to pit the freight companies against one another for that freight that is not routed by the customer (competition is good).
